We’re looking for a visionary SaaS Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AI-driven retail and supply chain SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer needs, technology advancements, and business strategy into a cohesive product roadmap. Required Tech Skills
- Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, prioritization, execution, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct in-depth system and user requirement studies to translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Collaborate with design, development, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery across Web, Mobile, and Cloud platforms.
- Define product KPIs and use data to drive iterative improvement and user satisfaction.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and roadmaps.
- Support customer-facing teams with product knowledge and ensure high satisfaction and adoption.
- Mentor and upskill the team on agile product development, best practices, and modern SaaS architecture.
- Keep the team aligned with business goals while maintaining a culture of innovation and ownership.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Project Lead in SaaS or tech product companies.
- Strong grasp of modern tech stacks — especially Python, Node.js, Flutter, Azure, MongoDB, and AI-based systems.
- Ability to interpret customer insights and turn them into actionable product features.
- A good eye for UI/UX design, with the ability to guide intuitive, consistent, and user-friendly workflows across web and mobile platforms.
- Skilled in agile project management, sprint planning, Jira (or similar tools), and CI/CD practices.
- Comfortable managing product roadmaps, budgeting, and prioritizing for value delivery.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to dive deep into data and technology decisions.
- Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams with empathy and clarity.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
