As a Content Specialists for our growing SaaS product, you will be collaborating across teams to grasp business needs and maintain the company's blogs, websites, and digital channels. You'll also work closely with stakeholders like the digital marketing team and clients to understand content requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.


Experience: 3+ years


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to understand the product roadmap, key features, and target audience.
  • Develop high-quality content across various formats, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, user guides, and social media content.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and aligns with industry trends.
  • Maintain a strong brand voice and messaging throughout all content creation.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic reach.
  • Analyze content performance using website analytics and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience creating content, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough research and translate complex information into clear and concise content.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
